What’s so good about Xiaomi?

Xiaomi is a rapidly growing phone company coming 2nd in phone sales behind Samsung. Having the phone for a few weeks now I can say that they’ve done a good job at fitting all this into 1 phone costing only £260. No other company has been able to do this. The Note 10 Pro released on the 4th of may 2021, the Redmi note 10 is up there for best budget phones right now.

How does it all come together?

With the latest software update MIUI 12.5.11.0 and support from Google services, the Xiaomi’s software systems are on par with others like Samsung and Apple. However some issues I had with it are that it came with a lot of bloatware. Coming with unnecessary apps and games, though these can be easily uninstalled. A misconception with Xiaomi is that the phone shows many ads to the user. I have used the phone for a few weeks now and I am yet to see one show.

The Xiaomi comes with excellent stereo speakers and great battery life, sometimes lasting nearly 2 days. Only costing around £260 UK, it really is worth the money. The Macro camera is really good for nature shots, usually not worth using on most phones due to poor quality. In addition, the gorilla glass 5 back and front is used rather than preview Xiaomi phones. Though this is not the strongest glass on the market (that being gorilla glass 6).
